Jasmine is a watercolor artist based out of Portland, Oregon. She hails from Taos, New Mexico and has grown up around stunning natural surroundings her whole life. After moving to the PNW and falling in love with Oregon’s fauna, she has used the luscious scenery of her new home combined memories of her upbringing in the high desert to inspire her work.
